Elegant Dining Table and 6 chairs.  Cutlery, table mats, etc

Comfortable sofas

TV and blue tooth speaker

Bureau with local information

Conservatory:

Comfortable wicker chairs and table 

Dining Table and chairs should you wish to dine whilst enjoying the view

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - King sized bed and built in wardrobe with shelves, hanging space, iron, ironing board and heated airer

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - King sized bed, hanging space 

Bedroom 3 - The Gallery Bedroom - Super king bed + 1 single/day bed, hanging space

(this can be 3 single beds if preferred)

Bathroom 1 - with full size bath, wash hand basin and loo

Bathroom 2 - (downstairs) large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and loo

The Dower House can sleep 6/7 people

with secure off-road parking for up to 2 vehicles
